A Family Post | Irving Nature Park
Last week I was blessed to have enjoyed a week on the East Coast and spend some quality time with family. I often miss the ocean air, the crashing waves, the big rocks paired with sandy beaches. And although my heart yearns to explore that beautiful scenery far more often than I'm able, it means little in comparison to what I miss most: my family. One person in particular, among the few who I hold closest to my heart, I miss my mom.
We enjoyed a fun day at the Irving Nature Park running down the marsh boardwalk, having our hair windswept with the salty sea breeze. We climbed on rocks and watched the waves. We enjoyed each others company trying to make up for lost time and the distance between our provinces. Nothing matters more than family.
